Refund policy

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under our extended policy:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included

  • Proof of purchase may be required

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Return Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return postage costs


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly, including a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with UK consumer law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items that pose hygiene or safety risks once opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Sale items may only be returned if faulty or not as described.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
